Join Mallory O’Connor on September 7 as she traces the incredible story of how yvr.ca reinvented its digital experience and was named Best Airport Website in North America (by Airports Council International).
Triggered by YVR leadership’s desire to connect its vision of the future “perceptive airport” with its digital channel experience, the project required extensive research, stakeholder consultation, and integration, and it transformed yvr.ca into a mobile-optimized, accessibility-compliant site available in English, French, and Chinese.
A key player on the yvr.ca team, Mallory will share lessons learned from the yvr.ca journey including insights from the solution’s user- and data-driven design approach as well as technology strategies involved in creating a platform for YVR’s future.
