Virtual workshop: How to redefine your intranet governance model

Join us for an intimate working session where participants will come together to learn and apply techniques for redefining intranet governance models. This is a great opportunity to collaborate closely and gain hands-on experience in a focused setting.

Intranet governance continues to be an essential component of a successful intranet, yet it can be easily overlooked and poorly defined. Many internal communicators and intranet managers face ongoing challenges that stem from an unclear governance model. This can cause confusion among your end-users, content stakeholders and make it challenging to manage requests and relationships among HR, IT, and content subject matter experts.

In this session, Habanero Vice President Ben Skelton and Digital Workplace Consultant Madelin Entz will provide a simple model to help you define the roles, rules, jobs, and decision-making authority required to hold your intranet together, along with a workshop template that you can use to facilitate your own governance redesign.

Get ready to roll up your sleeves

During this virtual Zoom workshop, everyone will be asked to have their cameras on and participate. You’ll be working in small teams to understand and explore our “who and do” governance framework. It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet some of your peers while learning about governance.

Who should attend

If you’re in the process of developing a new intranet or have recently taken over the reins of your intranet and are ready to add some structure to the underlying framework, this workshop is for you!
